How do I join VAPO Club?

You’ll automatically become a member when you sign-up for a VAPO Australia account. Sign up here.

What are the benefits?

For every dollar spent, you will earn points. Dependent on your tier level, you will earn more points as you progress to higher tiers. You will then be able to redeem points for discounts. For every 100 points, you will receive a $1 discount on your next order. There are also specific benefits to each tier level. Find out more here.

Do past orders count?

Yes, they do. We have transferred your old Rewards points from our previous loyalty program, as well as accrued the points you earn from the launch of the site until now.
To see these point follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account here.
2. Go to 'My Account'
3. Click on VAPO Club
4. Click on 'View Reward History'. Here you will find our transferred points.

How do I earn Vapoints?

Can I lose my status/membership tier?

Yes. The spend required to stay in the relevant membership tier is based on a rolling yearly spend (12 months). So you need to spend the minimum tier threshold every 12 months to stay in your VAPO Club tier.
You can also lose your membership tier if you return an order which will then revert your accumulated spend with us!

Do my Vapoints expire?

Yes, you need to use them within 12 months of earning the points.

What can I redeem my Vapoints for?

Discounts! 100 Vapoints earned = $1 to redeem.

How long will it take Vapoints to load against my account?

You should receive Vapoints in your account instantly once you complete a promotion/shop!
If your order is still pending a prescription, your points will be awarded once your prescription has been approved by our team.

Will I lose the Vapoints I earned if I return my order?

Yes. When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place. Sound kind of confusing?
Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

My order was fully paid with Vapoints, but I want to return it. Will I get the Vapoints back?

Yes. All Vapoints used will be added back to your account (please allow up to 24 hours for this to show).

Will I get Vapoints on sale or discounted items?

Yes. We wouldn't be that mean!

Can Vapoints be used on sale or discounted items?

It depends on the promotion/sale! You can use Vapoints on discounted products but not for promotions that require a discount code.

Can I redeem Vapoints when checking out with a Subscription product?

Unfortunately, you cannot redeem points if your cart contains subscription products.

Will I earn Vapoints on my Subscription?

Yes, you will earn points for every subscription order.

Can I share Vapoints?

No, you can't, but you can Refer a Friend to get $50 when they shop with us for the first time. Refer a friend here!

Do I have to redeem my Vapoints all at once?

No, you're free to choose how many points you use. At checkout will be a point slider where you can select how many VAPOINTS you would like to use up to the cents!

Can I redeem Vapoints for cash?

No, you can only redeem them for discounts.

Can I use Vapoints to discount my shipping cost?

No. Please note if you use a discount at checkout, which lowers your total cart value to under $100, your cart will recalculate, and you will have to pay shipping fees.

How do I write a product review and earn Vapoints?

Points can only be earned through verified product reviews. You'll be invited via email to leave a review when you purchase a product. Usually, the email is sent 7 days after your purchase to allow you enough time to get familiar with the product.

Where can I see my Vapoints balance and membership tier?

You can view it here. Please make sure to be logged in to be able to view your membership profile.

Do I earn points if I pay using my Vapoints?

No. You only earn points on $ spent. If you use only points to pay for your order, you won't receive any points.

I brought a gift card. Will I earn Vapoints?

No. Only the person who uses the gift card will receive points.

I have more than one account. Can these Vapoints be combined or transferred?


I changed my email address. Can these Vapoints be combined or transferred?

No. We recommend that you spend your points before cancelling your account.

What if I don't want to be a VAPO Club member?

Just shop as normal and unsubscribe from VAPO Club emails.
