What is VAPO Subscription?
Never run low on your favourite vaping products again! VAPO offers you the ease of automatic orders on a range of our products.
We’ve designed our subscription service for your ultimate convenience, so you don’t have to worry about your next refill.
Simply choose the subscription option when you pick your product, select how frequently you’d like your order and we’ll automatically create a subscription for you.

It’s that simple! Your subscription is completely flexible and you can make changes through you VAPO account at any time, no strings attached.
How to place a Subscription order?
You can set up your subscription either when you place your product order or through your account.
Here’s two ways to subscribe now and start saving:

When you select your product, choose the subscribe option. You’ll also be asked to choose your nicotine strength, quantity and order frequency. Head to the checkout and once you’ve completed your purchase we’ll automatically create a subscription for you.

Head to your account and add a subscription from here by selecting your product, choosing your flavour, nicotine strength and order frequency. Head to the checkout and complete the payment. This order is now a subscription.

Subscriptions are convenient and hassle-free. But because we want to give you extra control, we’ve made our subscription service flexible so you can change or update your order details whenever you like. In your account you can change a heap of things very easily, like your flavour, nicotine strength, order date, delivery address, and payment option.
Remember you can also pause or cancel your subscription at anytime!
How do I edit my subscription?
You can edit your subscription at any time with ease. Follow the steps below:

Log into your account by clicking here.

Go to 'Manage my subscription'

Find your subscription order and click 'EDIT'

Make the changes you want to make and save. You can make the changes below:

Flavour
-
Nicotine Strength
-
Next Order Date
-
Subscription Frequency
-
Delivery address
-
Payment details
-
Cancel subscription

TIP: To pause or skip your subscription you will need to change your order date to the next time you would like to run. Please keep in mind that the order date does not allow time frames for dispatch and delivery. Find the time frames here.
How do I pause/skip/edit frequency of my subscription?
To PAUSE your subscription, find your subscription in your account and CANCEL your subscription. You will be able to restart the exact same subscription through your account any time after.
To SKIP your subscription, find your subscription in your account and edit your 'Next Order Date'. Set your date to the future to when you want it run again.
To update the FREQUENCY, find your subscription in your account and edit your 'Subscription Frequency'. Update your frequency here. Please note, your next order date will remain the same unless you edit your 'Next Order Date' following the instructions above.
Oops, I’ve accidentally created a subscription. What do I do?
If you haven't recieved the order you can cancel your subscription by following the instructions below:

Log into your account by clicking here.

Go to 'Manage my subscription'

Find your subscription order and click 'EDIT'

Go to the 'Subscription ends' row and 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION'.
If it is too late and you have already received the product and would like to return it. You can follow our return instructions which can be found here.
Why did I receive a 'Payment failed' email from VAPO. What happens now?
You will receive a payment failed email when your credit card expires or if you remove your credit card information from your account. We will re-attempt 3 times to place your order. After 3 failed re-attampts we will assume you do not want to continue with your subscription and we will CANCEL your subscription order.
Your old subscriptions will continue to show in your account under 'My Subscriptions' in case you wanted to reactivate it.
I received a 'Out of Stock' email from VAPO. What do I do?
We always aim to make sure that our subscription products are in stock as we know how important it is for our customers to get their refills. In the rare instance that the product is out of stock, we will skip your upcoming order. Once the product is back in stock we will refill your subscription the next time it is due to run. You are welcome to contact our customer service team and they will be able to let you know stock is due to arrive.
There is a promotion on the product I want to subscribe to! Can I get an additional discount on top of the 15% off?
Unfortunately, majority of the time our promotions will not be valid with subscription order. We will state this in the terms and conditions of the promotion.
We think you're getting a great deal anyways with 15% every subscription order!
