A New Shopping Experience at VAPO Australia
We are happy to announce that our website is ready to comply with the new Australian Vaping Law!
As you may know, from the 1st of October, ALL imports of nicotine vaping products to Australia require a prescription. Our team has been working hard to integrate the required prescription into our online order system so that you can order as easily as possible.
Keeping things simple and reliable for our customers while protecting you from fines and seized products is our top priority at VAPO Australia.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- Log In - If you already have an account, we've saved your details, you'll just need to reset your password.
- Prescriptions - Once logged in to your VAPO account, you can add your prescription by clicking "My Prescriptions" in your dashboard. This only needs to be done once per prescription and you can order as usual as long as the prescription is valid. For more information on prescriptions & how to obtain one now click here.
- VAPO Points - An entirely new VAPO Loyalty Program is being developed with better rewards and instant bonuses. Meanwhile, you won't see your current points, but rest assured that your existing points will be migrated to the new system (with a bonus).
- Subscriptions - All current subscriptions have been canceled. We are getting ready to launch our brand new subscription program shortly, which allows for much better convenience, rewards, and flexibility. You will need to resume your subscription upon Its launch. More information to come.
